Yeah it looks really good in the flesh couldn't find anything wrong with it, bad for haggling tho. Think it's a uk as it has a MPH speedo but could have been replaced, never found out but will know tomorrow. Milage wise is a bit high at 50000 but pistons and rings were replaced about 1000 miles ago and all receipts were there to prove whats been done, started first time and sounded good. Costing me £1200, was wanting to spend around a grand but finding a decent bike in that price range is a lil difficult think it's an alright price tho but still a bit more then I wanted to pay. Saw another one a bit further away at under a grand but something about it I didn't trust but think that was because it had a different seat section.

i think thats an ok price mate. It looks very well looked after. If the engine is a bit on the high mileage side, if its been looked after then i think its ok. gut feeling is always good i think, let us know what its like after a good thrash tomorow!

Woot it has arrived, haven't got my license yet so no thrashing at the mo :( but sat on it for about 10 minutes and started it up a few times lol. Glad I went for a smaller bike seems to fit me quite well, going to go book my training on monday hopefully.

Cheers for all the comments I'm still really happy with it but ofcourse not been able to drive it but looks like it's been really looked after and everythings appears good so far, usually I'll buy a vehicle and once I've had it a couple of days I start to notice things that are wrong with it and just keep finding more crap but not with this so far biggrin. Must admit have sat on it almost every day I've had it so far, cbt's on sunday and then I'll sort dates outs for lessons.

Where was this advertised?
I've been on the hunt for a tidy ZXR 400 and didn't spot this one.
Looks like a good buy! Good luck with the test.

Ebay mate, had been looking every day for a couple of weeks with the search set to closest first so saw it pretty much as soon as it was advertised as it was only 20 miles away but didn't go see it till a couple of days later.
