seat unit

i am just after everyones opinion.... i am looking at fitting the seat unit off a honda rs125 (like the the 250 except a bit shorter) will more than likely make a minimalist rear subframe (so that it will actually fit!!!) it is an L1. so come on everyone do your best to shoot me down in flames. I will appreciate good and bad comments.

Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

i will get back to you with that. probably go and get the seat on monday. until then you will just need to use your imagination!!!

i think i know what you mean, seen an fzr4 with one on, and it looked ok.Not sure tho with the bigger zxr?
hard to imagine tho, there not the most common of bikes you see off the racetrack :smt002 , in fact there not common at all on the racetracks now :smt009

similar to this? i think this looks good on the zxr, the right size. this looks to be like the rs250

it doesn't sit right with the tank place at the moment will need a fair bit of trimming.

Hate to break it to you mate, but thats an Aprilia RS125 tail lol. But yeah, looks good mate. Got any ideas for the rear light?

i thought it was a bit wrong looking.... goes to show don't believe what people say but anyway what do you think?

I was thinking that. Love the curves of the RS though. I miss my old Prilla...

Anyway, it looks good. I think the sharper angle (first pic) looks better but it looks like the seat angle will be pretty brutal - the ZXR is a nut puncher as it is!! :smt010
