Re: wet weather clothing
deepends, as your wearing jeans in (tut tut) your best bet is buy textiles as they make riding in winter actually plesurable, just stick them on then your fully water proff warm and got good potection as well. Summer they are hotter than leather but if you've got all the layers out and vents open then its liveable. I personaly cant get along with them for a thrash though they just dont move right.
Before i discovered just how amazing textiles are i used to use a waterproff suite i got from lidls last time they had the bike gear in and worked fine for 2 years of almost daily use in with are weather..just roll it up and stick it in your bag. Id still say texiles though they truely have made all year round riding so much more enjoyable

Re: wet weather clothing
they are cordura stuff with removable thermal lining.. so quite baggy with lining removed .. could probs go on over jeans.
waist is about 34" - 36"
inside leg about 32" but they are cut shorter than normal trousers so they dont bunch up on ya boots innit.
the label says small, but its wrong, as that (according to their blurb) would mean they fit me, and i could almost use them as a tent.
