Go for it mate, HT lead isnt too expensive, cost me £1 per foot and i got 4 feet.

The plugs however cost me £36 for four! when they didnt have the NGK CR9EK's in they found an alternative being the CR9EIX (i think it was) which are the irridium plugs, but at £10 a plug and hearing theres no real benefit to them i said ill wait for the delivery.

can't find them for £2 any where, about £3.70 per plug on ebay. still a good saving. Whats the difference between cr9ek and cr9e?

i think the cr9e has one electrode

and the cr9ek has two and i think is a little longer

im sure there are many more complicated differences, but these above are what i understand to b the physical differences

I was just looking at the NGK spark plug catalogue onthier website, really informative i found. And Gem, yes your right, the EK is a twin electrode where the E is a single electrode plug.
