wouldnt hold up in court a precedent was set a couple of years ago where a guy challenged 4 sp30's from camera's he'd triggered consecutively on a ride out, on the basis that it was one offence, just cos 3 coppers see you do something doesnt mean you did it 3 times .. same with camera's.

guess that means if you get flashed once, you might as well nail it and enjoy triggering everything else in sight !

same with parking tickets actually,, if you come back to your car and find a ticket on it, just leave the fucker there instead of moving it round the corner and risking another one.

lol, reminds me, when i lived in clifton in bristol there was never anywhere legal to park near my flat, so a couple of times i just lobbed it somewhere out of the way (but illegal) and let one of the tyres down, next morning i'd just pump it up with a mini compressor and challenged the parking tickets on the basis that i'd broken down.. worked too :)

That is on the M42, north of the M6. And you really should read signs properly because it has nothing to do with speed enforcement, by average speed camera or otherwise.

The signs refer to a ban on lorries using the outside lane during busy times. The wording at the top is "Journey Time Trial" or something like that. Nothing sneaky about it.

you really do believe everything you read on the internet don't you?

AFAIK, although there are markings on the road under each gantry, there aren't gatso boxes on all of them (you can see this), and there are probably even fewer actual cameras inside the boxes/cameras loaded with film at any one time (you can't see this). However I believe they do move the 'live' ones around.
In the garage:
Kawasaki ZXR400 L3 - shiny
Suzuki DR800 - bouncy
1978 Suzuki GS400 - PROJECT RETRO RACER!
Kawasaki GPz500S - for sale soon
Honda CG125 BR-J - in bits

I don't think I've ever read that on the internet - only from inside info. :smt002 Like Zimm says though, I'm sure multiple hits that way would be challengable... but then that depends on how fast you actually ARE going...

FYI, all the cameras on that stretch of the M42 are in the same place on BOTH sides of the motorway at each point, so the observant can see exactly where the cameras are simply by keeping your eye on the gantries on the opposite side of the road! :smt002

It always used to confuse me how so many Titheads would go thraping it through the temporary limits without fear of getting flashed until someone pointed that out to me! oldman

When your exhaust note changes because it's exploded - you're probably breaking some limit or other! :smt005
