Hi all,
I currently own an FZR 1000 exup...but i am swapping it next weekend for this....
I think it will be perfect for the A and B roads round where i live
Maybe u lot can give me some pointers on what to expect

a LOT less torque ! lol
i borrowed a mates ZZR1100 for 15 minutes one day then when i swapped back onto my zxr it felt awful, revvy, gutless, shite ..
was ok 10 minutes later when my brain re-calibrated itself ..
looks a nice zxr though .. any pics of your EXUP ? ive always fancied one of them.

if i was looking for a big bike it'd be one of them ..
whats been done other than the bluespot calipers ?

Dynojet stage 1,k and n air filter,braided hoses all round and i have the R1 master cylinder to match the calipers

Hi, welcome to the forum, as zimm says a lot less torque, but a lot more fun!!
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out

Cheers for the welcome....had the bike a few weeks now and love every minute i'm out on it.....
Been to the bike shop today and bought new oil,filter,plugs and mini indicators...will add
some pics of the new indicators later.

i do like the paint on your bike, not quite OE, but V V nice,
is it metallic/pearlescent ? cant quite tell from the pics.

yes very nice paint, get rid of the www. sticker and the 400r and it'd look even better!

Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out

Yes the blue on the bike is metallic and whoever did the spray job did a good one
and i totally agree with you about the 400r and forum stickers....the last owner had them
made up and he put them on but i did think that they don't flow with the lines of the paint
scheme if you know what i mean.....they could well come off today

Hi, Very nice bike mate love the paint it also has an OE feel to it. I think ive seen pictures of it before but not sure where.
