Which primer/sanding?

Post by Jeppo »

Just giving some panels a respray and i'm not sure which primer to use. The standard primer halfords have seems to be for metal. So i was looking at the plastic filler primer stuff? Anyone used this stuff?

Also what grade of wet nd dry do you go up to? The primer says about 600..then i was thinking sanding the primer down with 1200...... Thoughts??

Cheers
