just serviced bike

hi all just serviced my bike new plugs oil and filter washed the air filter and cleaned the carbs runs better also fixed the choke and throtle so thay work properly now. the bike was sat for two years only had it a week. runs a little rough also doesent smell rich and backfires a bit. it was only when i was going through the service history and spares that i found the restrictor washers and the 4 jets 95!!!!! i have a feeling someone has took out the washers and not done the jets s its very underpowered but starts idles lovely. will investigate next weekend only time i have at the mo
