Problem with rear wheel!

When i put it on the paddocks today, i started it up, knocked it into first gear and it spun but then cut out, so I inspected the rear wheel and span it round by hand and there's a knocking noise at a certain point of each rotation, any ideas what it could be? :/

Tight spots in the chain or a buggered sprocket.


However, the noise can be the wheel and chain moving faster than the engine because its not under load and getting knocked back. Does it make the same sound when riding?

Dont worry, you know when you assume the worst, but on further inspection realised my paddock stand was slightly catching the sprocket nut lmfao :wanker
