Shock Spring weights
I was wondering what weight springs racers are using on their ZXR400's. I have a 450 lb spring with an H2 rocker, I weigh about 15 stone. Anyone else have the info to share?

I was just about to post the same question, i am about 10.5 st in leathers, what spring should i use?
