Getting to the end of my build so id thought id put up a few pictures
Frame and wheels sanded
Painted frame and 636 forks
Got the back end (swingarm, wheel, disc, caliper, sprocket and hugger) for free so i decided to make it fit
the shoch was hitting the swingarm
a bit of cutting and its sorted
painted the engine (hope it stays there)
engine in
calipers off ebay
seat cowl off ebay was in bits
took ages too get right
r1 front wheel trial fitting
swing arm now working with the wheel in place
r1 front wheel in and workin after a lot of effort :smt013 coudnt get bearings to suit so i had to use part r1 axle part zxr 400 axle. and make up spacers (my dad done most the work on the spacers). Took ages though.
