Re: Streetfighter H2 Project
it almost looks like someone has added that port to a H2 cylinder head in order to have carb heating and/or a coolant filter in there. on my L4 bike that port is for the carb heating circuit, but the pipe coming from my thermostat heads off to the RHS, not the LHS like on the H models...you sure you dont have a L cylinder head, and you have put the thermostat housing on the wrong way round? (i dont even know if it can go on incorrectly...?)

is there away to check if it is an L cylinder head other than having that port? just had a look and if i put my thermostat on the other way the coolant hose wouldnt fit so im sure its on the right way. the engine code is zx4oogxxxx.

Re: Streetfighter H2 Project
Hello again everybody, sorry iv not been posting much recently. Ill be honest..not much has been done to the H2 recently, but for good reason, iv always wanted a track bike and luckily..one came up for sale just up the road from me which I never new about before! Its a 1998 Suzuki GSXR 600 srad, amazing condition, 12,000 miles on it, ohlins rear shock and a few engine mods but nothing big, everything is lock wired too and full crash protection, so its ready to hit the tracks as soon as I am!
Now iv bought this I should have money coming in soon to carry the rest of the work out on my kawasaki
