I love that! The white on black frame with gold wheels might have to be what I go for...
The brakes look great too, but that price sounds steep!

Re: RobB's Project (not 56k friendly)
black screen would be a bit tarty on that.. it works because its clean and understated most of the trick bits themselves being black or clear (carbon/tail light).. it'd be dull without the gold wheels and ti pipe though.
still think the bottom of the fairing should be black though
and gold calipers would look better too ..
like what you've done with the rear brake hose routing too .. V neat

without the white border that extra black really works as it echoes the front indi's and "lifts" the whole bike
screens a screen .. i just like clear ones as you can see through them.. had a black one on my L and it was a nightmare peering over the top of it when tucked in.

White/Black & Gold ZXR = Win.
Forever.
I have to say I think a slightly smoked screen would look good though Rob, and also it'd help cut down glare across the dials.

Re: RobB's Project (not 56k friendly)
Well when i get a bit more cash to spend im gonna be buying a new set of calipers (either 6 pots or ZZR 4 pots) front and rear and giving them an overhaul, will be repainted too. Not entirely sure if the gold will work, ive been thinking that black would look better to go with the fork bottoms.zimm wrote:and gold calipers would look better too ..

Cant stand the standard setup of the rear hose with loose cable everywhere and it looks a mess, was pretty pleased that the hose was long enough and room for play too.
I can still see the dials, also i bought that screen brand new and a bit reluctant to let it go, minds made up tho, its staying

Yeah that is intentional, steers fecking quick now i can tell ya
Turns well easy at high speed compared to my 7R. No hint of a slapper yet either.
