Travelling Weight!
Hey guys. Just a little concerned. Im going away and will be travelling about 120miles one way, i wanted to know how much weight i can take onboard. I have a pillion passenger weighing about 8stone and myself weighing 11, how much extra can i really take with out putting to much pressure on my axles, tyres, drive, etc. Any help on this would be very appreciated. Thanks guys!

Re: Travelling Weight!
Max load should be indicated on the vehicle identification plate or papers... I don't know if UK has different vehicle identification / papers than the EEC.
For tyres I imagine that 2.5 front and 2.9 rear would be OK (I used it from 600 to 1200cc), but may be someone that drives a 400 could confirm.

Re: Travelling Weight!
never had that question before, so i dont know.....
Dont think id put more than 200kg total load on myself, thats including you and the passenger. If you only take what you need i reckon you will be fine.
