Hey,
Here's a member all the way from the other side. I've just gotten hold of my ZXR400. It's an L9 registered in 2001. Just have a few questions here and there.
I'm in the midst of putting back the bike in tip top condition. It's a little over 10 years old now. So I've been looking for parts on eBay. What are your comments on the parts found there? And I'm referring to parts like head bearings, bearings, etc etc. They're aftermarket but are supposedly rated to OEM specs. Do you guys reckon I give em a shot or stick with OEM parts from Kawasaki?
Also we have a little crisis here with regards to parts in Singapore. There is only 1 sole agent here and they don't stock up on all the parts. Got a friend who suggested that I keep the tensioner assembly and some fork seals in stock for myself in case these need replacement as our local distributor doesn't stock up on these.
And I've learnt Mori Man is the guy to look for should i need some Unobtainium? No? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Looking forward to the replies.
Cheers,
Syihabuddin
