Re: Clutch locking nut
No reason why you cant locktight it
However it is supposed to be a self locking nut and is really only for one use then replace the fact yours is working loose suggests it's been on and off a few times.
Or it could be you are not tightening it to the correct torque...................I assume you have some means of holding the clutch basket while you torque it ?

Re: Clutch locking nut
My first guess is that it's f*^%#ed like everything else on this peace of s%#t bike since I wasted me money on it.
But this is a new clutch (an engine) for the bike so it might ave been nackered before I bought it.
I don't ave a clutch holding tool like I would love to ave so instead Im putting it in gear an tightening it as hard as I can (including jumping up an down on the Tbar to help it along)
I don't ave the money to send it to a garage to be done so I'm stuck with loctite.
If this doesn't work then It can hold for now until I can get a holding tool for 20 mins off sum1 lol!
Just really wanted to check that I wasn't gunna blow my engine up by using this stuff as a tempory fix
Cheers cargo
