Can stickers from the front fairing be removed? (pic)

Saw this bike, its a 1996 L.



I noticed the front fairing doesnt have the purple flash where green and white colours meet, unlike many others ive seen in the same style.

Can this sticker purple sticker be removed or should I assume the nose fairing has been replaced at some point? (note im not talking about the cartoon character pictured)

Yes you can remove them. But could be any number of reasons they were removed.
