Generator cover/casing

Post by cargo »

These are starting to become quite rare..............I suppose it's because of accident damage that people want and need them. :smt019

I'm so glad to have a 4 of the things.........................in my spares box. Plus one on each of 5 engines.....that's 9 altogether !!!!!!!! :excited

Could be my pension one day oldman

I have 1 spare cover and 1 spare radiator in near mint condition :D
I bought them for a very very agreeable price.

Cargo you need to remember that every item you have in your box o bits is minus 1, because my name is on it, oh the advantages of being Irish and local to ZXR Spares World.
And here'e the best thing he delivers, a fitting service would be just swell. :pmsl

I see a profitable future for cargo.. take one of the gene covers to a 3d printer.. get them to knock up a few in the new toughened plastic...... profit...

I have to whisper this, as cargo has a rep to maintain, but he is extremely generous, if I need a part he brings it to my garage, the git will not even take my dosh. If I need it it's here, oh how I would love a yellow R6 for Christmas :smt002

That's a good try but the name is Cargo............................NOT Claus :smt002

If you'd given me £3500 back in Sept it would have been yours..........................but I'm keeping it now and will go scraping my knee on a public road on a wee island next year with it

I'm very happy to help anyone with a part and I've always sold well below Ebay prices.....................but I sure wont help someone who just walks into my space and demands a part without so much as a "hello" nor will I help someone who I've offered a part to and went and found it for them cleaned it packaged it and then have my messages ignored....................some people wouldn't know a good deal if I hit them over the head with it.

I had to use google maps to find dungarvan ........................fooking long way from here to there.....................241 miles according to google
It so far south that you cant even get a decent pint of Guinness they serve some horrible rubbish called Murphys..................bleugh.

If I was a newbie :wanker on here and I'd asked about a gen cover or an oil cooler I'd be logging in again soon after oldman to check for updates and messages shocking ......................and if there was such an update or message and I really needed that part I'd be responding very nicely to ask about condition and price. Wouldn't you ? :smt017

Shed Ross, you mean Grotto, I reckon it's a large one too, ho ho ho.
I'm off on the bike now to deliver my Christmas list.

What about Beamish Cargo? I used to be partial, many eons ago, or maybe it was Murphys, memory is getting rusty.
So what you're saying is, if on our first freakish meet, when you told me what was wrong with my bike and then kindly offered to help, I should have spat in your face, or ignored you, and earnt your admiration and respect, I got that all wrong, next time you call I will hide behind the curtains until you fook off :pmsl

I lay awake til 5ish last night because I would not take any meds, but I'm fresh as a daisy now, and sharp as a tack. Fookin sore though.

My other half paid to go to the pain clinic privately, total waste of time, reckon Cargo's beer fest is the better option, temporary but fun.
My back gets relatively bad Ross, but yours sounds like torture, I get pain free days and realise just how bloody horrible and restricting back pain can be, you have my sympathy.

Talking of sore backs if you're reading this tomorrow Cargo, you can wipe that fooking big grin of your face. :smt003
