What 100ohm resister is required on a race loom?
I bought some .25watt 100 ohm and it still reads 12v on the grey wire
It already had an unknown blue resister fitted but drops to 7v and not spark
I believe It is supposed to drop to 9v
Any idea on where to buy or the correct spec?

Re: Correct resistor for race loom
take apart the ignition barrel and use the resistor in there...easiest way.
i think i got a 5W 100ohm resistor.

Re: Correct resistor for race loom
I don't have the original barrel....
I see a green 100ohm 5w resistor on ebay, but it's 17mmx6mm...a lot bigger than the others I have tried. Is this a good sign?
