What position is the seat height meausured

Hi there

Finally looking at progressing to a bigger bike and someone recommended a GSXR750 even though i was looking at the ZX6R. the GSXR sounds good (though i wanted a kawasaki ). Either way the ZXR has a seat height of 760mm and the GSXR 830mm so a 60mm jump which i a lot.

My question is at what position on the rear ride height adjuster is the seat height 760mm? at its highest or at it's lowest? im hoping its when the bike is at it's lowest as i can handle the ZXR at its top height.

The rear of mine is at full height, meaning it doesn't sag at all under its own weight and iv lowered my front by about 10mm and I just measured the seat height and its about 740mm at the lowest point of the seat
