Here's some pics , the tensioner rod it touching the rod holding the cam guide .
I also read up on the valve clearance . Read the post you linked and went through the manual , if you can understand my notes would you say they where correct ? The only issue I'm having with it is the timing . For #4 tdc the markings on the sprockets should be on opposite ends , for #1 tdc the markings on the sprockets should be opposite each other ( closer if you know what I mean )
