Idel problems

Right my baby is fine when shes cold say for 1st 3 miles. but when warm at traffic lights she will idel at 2,300 instead of about 800 like before. Shes suddenley started doing this and i havent touched anything. I can get her back down to 800 revs if i drop into1st and slip clucth to bite point and revs drop back to 800 and hold clutch and select neutral and shes fine at 800 rpm, but why she suddenly doing this?

Throttle cables need renewing? Shall i touch idel cable? loos of vacume on a carb / airbox has also been surgested, any ideas?

i would check the throttle cables mate to start with.

thats what mine used to do... started after i had new downpipes fitted though... garage have played with my idle adjuster!?!?! seems to be working for the minute, but then iv not been out on her much!!
