Not starting after use

My zxr starts first time every time from cold but when i ride for 5-10 mins then switch her off it won't start again....the starter motor is trying but nothin happens....whats goin on ??

zxrs are prone to hot starting problems, the fuel evaporates before it gets ignited, check your oil levels and coolant levels, not enough oil or not enough antifreeze can cause the bike to run hot, and/or get the mixture set right might help.

Not gona argue with master, but i would also put money on fact its electrical related. Sparkplugs may be shoot, when mine whent in my rs50 1st signs of the plug going was this. Also next thing would be coils break down, they often do when they get hot, you got 2 on the zxr, shouldnt be expensive to replace, get on to ams or specalised zxr on ebay they will have a pair. mine went on my sv400 after about 30,000Km

The cheapest way to deal with this is to only go places where you know you're gonna stay long enough for the bike to cool down.
