nothing like feeding people a bit of misinformation eh!Gemini wrote:u will just get more defined not bigger muscles,
you need fat to convert to muscle if u wanna get bigger
em
fat is NOT converted to muscle.
muscle fibre is broken down when you exercise, protein is needed to help rebuild muscle fibre.
fat is an energy store, it has sod all to do with building muscle.

Adam K, u r a newbie on here so dont take the piss out of a veteran member on here like me
plus, if u r such an expert on the subject, shouldnt a muscleman ride something a bit bigger than a zxr400?
i figure the added weight of a bigger bike will make u stronger, but hey - maybe u will prove me wrong again!

that has gotta be the saddest comment ever, i really couldn't care if you have been on a forum since the day the internet began.Gemini wrote:Adam K, u r a newbie on here so dont take the piss out of a veteran member on here like me

i don't ride a zxr400, so there's your first mistake.
secondly i've never claimed to be massive, so your argument is flawed. why do i need to be massive to know how the body works? are all biologists body builders?
you sir are just bitter because you pretended to know something about a subject that you actually know nothing about and you got rumbled.
i bid you farewell.
