Got a credit card? Get on ebay! Loads of stuff to be had for great prices.

A*'s GP plus gloves RRP £80, ebay price £40 + p&p

Image

RST One Piece suit RRP £250, ebay price £85 + p&p

Image

Arai Condor + Dark Visor RRP £255, ebay price £105 + p&p

Image

A*'s Supertech Boots, RRP £239.99, ebay price £128 + p+p

Total? £350!

Sorted!

Get some decent kit, I know nobody can 'afford' it but you won't be quibbling over sticking a week's wages on the never never when staring at the ceiling in hospital with an amputated foot, 2nd degree burns and brain damage eh?

Just a quick note - Alpine Stars boots.

I know at least 5 people who've had them and found the velcro on them to be absolute shite. A few even took them back for replacements, only to find they didn't stick either!

I've never heard anyone say the same about the gloves, but then I've never asked. It put me right off when I was getting my MOT done and 4 more people in there said the same about the boots! :smt084

Hmm hairy muff, never had A*'s boots before. I tried them on of course, and they are far lighter and more comfy than the Swift cheapies I got at present. Not surprising, since the Supertech are the top of the line boots!

Velcro does seem ok tbh, at least there is plenty of it. ;)

Will let you know if it goes sour ..

i have A*leathers and i love them to bits and work VERY well :smt012 hehe

i had to replace my gloved last week (kind of gave up the ghost after a quite hard ride out)

tried the A* GP2's and didnt like them at all tried loads of glove's and ened up getting the same gloves again (frank Thomas Strike 2's) just because you get so much extra feel though the parms as there so fine (same reason they wore out i guess)

Still you got it all BLOODY CHEAP fair play :smt003

I wear the Supertechs too.

Never had a problem with the velcro, even if there was, the clasp would still hold them tight shut. :smt017
