yeah, the new cbr1000 is damn sexy in black.
i find myself hard pressed to choose between the kwak and honda when their both wearing sexy black numbers. i never really fancied r1's or gsx-r's, so chavvy.
And i'll take that turbo to go plz!

bet that turbo heats up your toes!
CBR still looks bland and dated to me, but almost all the honda's do, they always seem to go for a safe and standardish styling

Its got to be the ZX10 it has all the Kwaka appeal of being almost uncontrollable and isn't that what we all love about our kwaks, "The taming of the Beast" that makes us grin when we get it right and snaps our neck if we don't?
Rubber side down, rubber side down, rubber side down.

must admit the Honda's are all to silky smothe and got things like "mass centralliseation"
i just want to twist my right hand back and be deefened by howling bark of strate though pipes while the front goes skiwards
i've got myself all excited now i want to go play on my bike

Re: which is your favourite 1 litre jap bike out at the moment
honda have got the perfect 'road bike mix' though havent they.
the way i see it is a road bike should be a compramise. the reason the blade has always done well is where say a 916 is unstoppable on the track and a vfr800 is the perfect tourer/commuter - neither can do each others jobs very well
the blade imo does everything eg touring, track work, commuting - ok
a honda will very rarely leave you speechless but for the average everyday biker who uses their bike to commute, enjoys the odd track day or a tour, nowt can touch a blade
gem

Doesnt anyone think that kwak have completely fecked the rear end up at all?
Not ridden any of them except an R1 that my mate has, bought a smashed up bike, replaced the frame and got it looking mint all for 3K. Thats the 2006 R1 i think.

yup thats a honda smooth and forgivable, but not much to look at, in regards to the kawasaki rear end, i actually like it, not the stock pipes though, but an aftermarket pair of end cans really looks the job, the 2006 ZX10R just looks a bulky mean motha f-cker, but like i say looks wise id have an R1 im even thinking maybe i should 2 years or so and buy second 06 model, because the r1 is mega exspensive campered to a ZX10R of the same year,

Yeah i think kwak fecked the 10r's read end up a bit.
And yes i know that turbo is mounted on a kwak, and tis a zx10.
dont see the point in purchasing a bike based purely on looks, thats just.... LoL.

i love kwaks, but well i love the blade a whole lot more, one day you'll understand why

if u look back you will see i said the r1 has the looks but id prefere the zx10r, now i think u got me wrong about the blade, i think it looks boring, but i never knocked its handling or forgiving engine, the fact is, the kwak has the brutal engine, the suzuki has a raw all round power band and r1 has ofcourse always had the top end power band,
and no i dont buy bikes just for looks, admitedly the 636 isnt the greatest looking mid range bike, but i dont think its that bad either i think the 2007 r6 has the best looks of any 600 at the moment imo,

Re: which is your favourite 1 litre jap bike out at the moment
i must admit, the rear on the zx10 does resemble a hippo's butt but at the end of the day the zx10 is all about power and speed so maybe the asythetics were sacrificed for aerodynamics?

Lol, it never fails to amuse me how easy it is to make rob636 bite.
i'll have to stop, i agree the r1 looks nice but i dont like it in blue, gsx-r's have always bin fugly to me. where we differ tho i find the new blades very attractive aesthetically, same with the zx10 to some extent.
As they say beauty is in the eye of the beerholder!!
