Re: Group riding tips?
best tip i got was...
Ride balls out you there to win, at all costs get to the front, this is a race not a nice sadate ride though the contry side!

Re: Group riding tips?
i didn't think anyone used the msn group anymore at least not much, seen a few zxr400 forums & sites come and go.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Re: Group riding tips?
I'm not a big fan of group riding.
Going for a blast with 1 or 2 mates is fun. Even if you're leading, it's pretty easy to keep tabs on them in your mirrors and hopefully they'll leave enough space on the roads that you don't have to worry about them running into you or pulling alongside just as you need to swerve around a sack of kittens or something.
I've only been a part of two huge rideouts - one was a wedding and one a funeral - and it was a huge buz being part of hundreds of bikes of all sorts, but ultimately having to ride like that for more than a few miles would bore and frustrate me!
I keep meaning to get involved in a few groups rideouts, but can't really find the motivation...
Plus I find it hard not to race on at least one half of the journey.
