Whats a Jap kit exactly? If you mean a bodykit, you can buy one from ams motorsport
http://www.ams-motorsport.co.uk/
Tyga do bodykits for the VFR400, maybe you could get those to fit with a good bit of bodging

Have you seen the size of a VFR400 compared to a ZXR400???
It'd look like the stiggy kid at school who stunk of fags and had sleeves that ended just after his elbows...

Re: Jap kit
Has anyone got more info on fitting the zx10 body kit?
Is it quite straight forward?
I do like the look of the seat unit.
Any info would be most welcome.
Nick.

Re: Jap kit
never seen the zx10r fairing on the 400 with the lights. I dout its going to be a bolt on job so you'll need to no how to make your own brackets ect

Re: Jap kit
could be an interesting challenge... making the brackets isnt a problem. i might even make a few and sell them on ebay! ive been after the top fairing for ages and the only one available at a breakers was in a worse state than mine then i saw that pic and got thinking. the hardest part for me is the electrics. im not too good with stuff like thatrene wrote:never seen the zx10r fairing on the 400 with the lights. Re: Jap kit
wasn't someone on here doing one as a road bike? buggered if I remember who but I remember pictures being posted.RedexRobB wrote:To be fair ive only seen the ZX10 kit fitted to track bikes, but arent the bulb connecters standard on all bulbs?
tbh, I think the lights would be easy. making the plastics fit would be the tricky part.
