Fitting Undertray?
Hi,
I bought a Ermax Undertray for my ZXR400.
Looking at the intructions, they're not very clear at all. Does anyone know how these fit to the bike? I mean do I need to cut, drill etc...? or does the undertray just hang on the side panels?
Thanks,
Richard

just hangs basically. I added some brackets to mine though, mainly so the undertray stays put without the side panels.

Well, I managed to fit the undertray today which I must say was a complete giraffe to fit! although it's just sitting there hanging, it really is a very nice snug fit.
Here's the turn out after frustration hours working on it.

I just bent up some steel sheet in the vice, drilled the tray to 5mm, and the brackets go upto some M8 tapped holes in the subframe which where there for something else, but I forget what.

Looks really good, I've been looking around at a few. Where did you get yours from and how much, if you don't mind me asking.
