saw this sneaky fucker in Gwaun Cae Gurwen near Ammanford south west wales. its on the edge of the brecons, a popular bike road so thought id let u guys have a gander. got the number but dunno what bike it was. didn't wanna make it look too obvious i was there

yea just as u leave a lovely sweeping S bend , under a bridge and the tosser is too close for u to jam on the anchors. hes stood in a 30mph zone too. and WTF is with a benny hat in this heat. twat.
