Luckly honda fitted a new system to that hornet call AHPITFHD (anit-hitting-people-in-the-face-hard-device) everyone else calls them brakes but being a honda they had to make it sound more impressive for braging rights down the pub (just about all the owners do apart from clean it..)

Had this hit me before and exactly the same on my crash helmet, proper big juicy one. Its always funny how they end up smack bang in the middle of your line of sight. Been stung before aswell, thought a stone had chipped up and got me, felt round my neck there was a lump and it was a wasp or something, then the stinging sensation came! :smt013

I'm getting so f**ked off with the flies now. It's alright on a bike, lads n' lasses, but when you're cruising along at 110 odd with a giant flycatching piece of glass in front of you, you give up cleaning the windscreen every time you stop. My screen looks like I've been attacked by an entire swarm, all at once. I've washed it at least once a day for the last three days now, and as soon as I've driven the 4 odd miles to work, it's covered again. *mutter mutter*

would this be a good time to bring out the old line about "rene's so slow, he gets flies splattered on his numberplate"?
