Can you turn the slabs around, or are they fixed?
Action is the antidote to despair.

Nothing is 'fixed' if you have the right tools!

Get some brake cleaner. Spray cans are the most common, but at £5+ that's an expensive way of buying it! Go to Partco or a motor trade supplier, and you can get a 5lt tin of brake cleaner, soak it all over the stain, get something like kitchen roll to soak it all up, and hey presto, it's all gone

£1.25 for a spray can ???. Well, I do end up buying branded stuff at bike shops, or £3+ ish from Halfords, but I've never seen it that cheap, hence why I buy 5lt cans.cargo wrote:£5 a can good grief man I'm paying £1.25

a little bucket could be useful to catch any future leaks lol. other than that just pass the buck an blame someone else.
Remember speed kills, so does smoking, drinking, drugs, fast food and many more good things

Hard to do when I'm the only one who rides a bike and I don't park in an 'official' space!

yeah, perfect excuse to start using that duct tape thats been gathering dust since u sold your vfr!
just read online that coca-cola will get oil off, just leave it on the oil for half hour then scrub
stands to reason, u ever put a penny in coke? well acidic!
and if that dont work, i've never known this stuff fail to shift anything........

I think ts the sugar in the coke that does it, if it can rot the enamel on your teeth it'll kill anything! Dont they also use sugar in some industrial cleaners?

Just fairy liquid and your average granulated will have the same effect as any more expensive sugar soap or swarfega. Hence I've got a bottle of fairy, and a pot of sugar in the boot of the 'Tesse at all times.
