just got my new engine back from tuners. filled her up with water, and she pissed herself. this engine has got the carb heater thing just under the no1 carb rubber. I dont need it, so whats the best way to block it? can i just put a rubber end on it, or does it get presurised that it might pop off? or should i solder it up or something?
any ideas?
more help with carb heater thingy!

Is it a hole drilled through the metal or the rubber itself?
Ideally, a rubber bung like you'd use to repair a tyre would be the best, I'd have thought.

I would get a short bit of water hose that fits onto it, then fold the other end over on itself and cable tie it together as hard as you can. Should seal pretty well.
