Powder Coating

Post by MillaMeter »

Hi,

I'm after getting both wheels powder coated along with the front clock bracket and the mirror bracket.
So far i've been quoted £120 for the wheels and £80 for the brackets. £200 in total. Is this a good price or is this day light robbery?

Anyone know any good cheap powder coaters around the Hertfordshire area?

Regards

Rich

i think there is a guy at swancoat who does the wheels for 80 quid a pair or is it 75? i got a card last week from him. i think it was 120 to have the rim chromed and the wheel coated so maybe it is a tad OTT.

nah pretty much most colours ar avaiable now. Im on a few sites to do with powdercoating and polishing and have read up quite a bit about PC.

SO colour shouldnt be a problem.

Hi,

So £60 a wheel isn't too bad then? That's including VAT stripping, treatment and finish.
