Now it doesnt Idle!!

Now it doesnt Idle!!
Right. After turning the pilot screws 2 1/4 turns, the bike revs very nice, but doesnt want to idle, the screw adjustor is all the way up and cant go any more. If i leave it idling it cuts out. Carbs are fiddly. Do i have to re balance now? or is there some other screw i'm overlooking?
