hey anyone else 18 out there!

hey, got my bike about 6 months ago only crashed once.. never agen its to expencive :smt018
past my test in june, on a 125 (what a lump of sh*t) im on a 33bhp lisence....
is there any one thats just started riding??
and anyone that lives in west sussex??

Hi there mate, i'm 18 also. From west sussex aswell but at uni in leeds at the moment. Theres some good roads round there, where bouts in sussex u from?

Horsham area. And i'm doin automotive engineering. Get to help on a race car with an R6 engine :) and in a couple years i get to design the thing if im lucky lol.

yeh mate im 17 and got zxr 400 nearly 18 in couple weeks ive had my zxr about 2 weeks now i had an aprilia rs 125 im restricted to but still flys sounds amazing compared to an aprilia ..

your right mate it is. At leeds. I'm basically just labour for the older lads as i'm a first year. But should get to learn plenty and use it as experience when its my turn to design the thing :)

and have just finished my 33bhp sentence
it aint too bad at 33bhp, and they are loads faster than 125's still

18 here. Just under a year left on the restriction. Should be starting my apprenticeship in bike mechanics begining of jan so looking forward to it. Get to play with R1's and R6's lots :D

Sounds pretty much how I got into it :-) Spent my time hanging around the autolabs at uni doing small things here n there for the car.

Good luck with it & enjoy!! And on the plus side, it gave me tonnes of good stuff to talk about when being interviewed for my current job

Yea i can't wait to get started...Just out of interest what is ure job? Do i have much to look forward to with my chosen degree :) lol
