Off the top of my head
SPs have
close ratio gearbox
slotted cam sprockets
comperssion adjusters on front forks
flatside carbs............(but apparently not on early H model SPs aledgedlly)
different rear subframe
different ignition box
different ignition rotor
different front sprocket size 16 teeth instead of 15
single seat unit
As I've said before given the age of many ZXRs and the interchangeability of parts that is possible ther are many hybrids out there many claimed as SPs but are in fact not.
I've even seen one for sale and the guy claimed it was an SP because it said sports production on the seat unit.....................looked like it was done with crayon

From memory there's none of pillion seat fittings on it and it's made of steel ? I think also I seem to remember it has lots of holes
It's of a lighter construction cos it's not needed to support yer girls friends fat ar5e

You could quite easilly fit a normal L or H model subframe and put a pillion seat on your SP
Equally you could put the seat unit from a SP on to a L or H model
One is still in essence a SP there other isn't
As always buyer beware
