Yes standard disc's should fit between these models (though I have never done this myself).

Bike manufactures try to use the same parts between as many models as they can as it saves them money. Aftermarket manufactures can then do the same.

As for calipers, I doubt this. While the depth of the caliper will be the same to accommodate the disc the mounting points of the caliper will be different due to the different type of forks that are being used. The ZXR had USD others are RWU forks so I doubt that the caliper mounts will be the same. What you need to do is find an after market caliper manufaturer...

Someone like Harrison Billet who make some calipers for the ZXR400 list the same as fitments for some bigger ZXR's etc. And then you should be able to make a good guess at which parts are interchangeable between which machines.
Did someone say 480cc?

Just looking for the parts.

as above. yes to discs.

as for calipers, there's a huge range of bikes from the 90's that use tokico 4 pot calipers, but it's not necessarily the same bikes which share the same discs.

For example, H and L model ZXR4's use slightly different calipers (and hence pads), but they are interchangeable. The ZZR1100 uses the same calipers as the H model. But all three bikes use different discs.
