Well I've already posted a couple of times, so figured I should introduce myself.
I'm Rach, I live in Leicestershire and I passed my test at the beginning of April. Bought the H1 a couple of days later (woo!). Unfortunately, I was a bit unlucky and the head gasket went about a week later! Anyway, I replaced that, fitted a new base gasket, chain, tensioner, plugs etc stripped the carbs and cleaned them all (completely full fo gunk so glad I did!). Was a great way to learn about the bike, so kind of glad I got the opportunity to do it to be honest!
The forum has already saved me some pennies, so big thanks to the guys who helped with my questions
hopefully I'll be able to offer some advice of my own now I've had the bike in bits! Will try and get some pics of the bike up soon!
