Anyone know what i should set them to.

is it an L or a H model and ill have a look for you.
im pretty sure there is manuals on the site somewhere and it tells you on them

Its an l model 1996 i had a look but couldn't find it.thanks

Think it's 0.7 - 0.8mm, but you'd be best checking what it says in the manual.
