Just put stainless steel downpipes on my bike, done em all up, flicked it on and seems to be leaking a bit from the join. Gaskets look fine.
How many torques should i be turning these bolts too (the two bolts on each header) as Im reallly worried about overtightning and shearing them..
any suggestions as cant find it in either manual

Re: Torque setting for exhaust manifold bolts
you should really put in new gaskets, they might look ok but could be well flattened.
doesnt say in the manual does it? Id say i do em up as tight as i can without being overly tight. They dont need to be extension bar tight, just enough that you need to put a bit of extra force on the ratchet.
