when i used cradley last year for my parts they gave me 10% for being part of the owners club.so i would of thought it was still available.phone up and ask.

They can only say no, i guess.

They must have gotten a fair bit of business from here so id like to think they give us a discount once in a while.

Well for the last 3/4 orders I have not received any discount whatsoever and they have not been cheap orders either. I thought they may have just done it and not put on the invoice but I checked today with the same order via email and they were the same prices. I always ask about discount and each time they say yeah its goes through the system but obviously not. It will get to the point where I actually wont use them as I have found the parts cheaper elsewhere but used them as we get discount and used them for a long time.

Nope as I thought it was just taken off automatically and wouldn't show on the invoice but I will give them a ring as no doubt I will need to order some parts again

ordered some stuff today, had to remind them about discount .. think they've got a new system and its just not on there by default ?

they just said "ok" and its back on my account.
