Hi all, just like to fess up and say im the new owner of zxr400 with blade engine dont know how many there are in uk but i got one :excited done one track day so far will be sorting it out properly over winter

this the one off ebay??? and maybe eds old blade/zxr???
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

as far as i can tell it is ed's old bike, dont have any history or info for it and the bloke it came off took it as part payment on building work so the story went! any body know any more about bike i would be glad to hear bout it

yup, before i bought it googled zxr400 with blade engine and ed's came up same coulour so guess it's the one, ive fitted zx6r rear rim, gonna soet suspension and brakes over winter, respray and tune motor a little winks , took it to cadwell last month went ermmm well!!! handle okish but theres room to improve

yup gonna be track bike only, already stripped most of the crap off, will go through properly as i strip it down over winter, wanna get the weight back down currently at 186kg wet. goal 170kg 130+bhp , so far done the zx6r rear wheel swap, bought steering damper! 520 chain & sprockets running 16-43 renthals, will post some pics up as go along
