Knockhill Motor Sports Club

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

Knockhill Motor Sports Club

Post by Deswilkie »

As some folk'll already know Knockhill will be running their own race series in 2011. I just got sent the following email so posting it up for those that may be interested.

Thanks for expressing an interest in the Knockhill Motor Sports Club! We have some exciting ideas planned for 2011 with a four round National Permit bike race series from April to September 2011.

The Knockhill Motorsport Club will be running four classes to cater for all of the existing machinery in Scotland and are planning for a 12-race timetable for each event!

We are holding an open forum for riders, marshals and anyone who wants to hear about Scotland's newest Club on the 23rd January 2011. This is a chance to hear the plans for the 2011 race meetings, including class structures, points systems, prizes, regulations, TV coverage, other activities and meet the club officials too!

The meeting will take place at Knockhill Racing Circuit at 3:30pm, in the Clubhouse and everyone is welcome!

Would be great to see you there!

Thanks again

The Knockhill Motor Sports Club Team

Looks like the 400's in with the mini twins apparently.
4 classes - 12 races sounds like 3 races per class but not sure how that works with qualifying. unless it is spread over two days and the track time also includes other (non bike?) antics.

The clue might be in the name of the club!!! - lets see
