Hello!

Post by Cimanu »

Hello :D

I browsed these forums quite alot while searching for a zxr, finally bought a 92' ZXR400 last month and thought it time I joined up.

My bikes completly standard except braided brake lines, crash bungs and a rear hugger. It has 16k miles on it and is a UK spec bike. I paid (what I consider a bargain) £1100 for it with 12 months MOT.

All I've done since owning it is fit a new front tyre (old one still on in the pictures, think it's seen some track action) and bought a pipewerx stainless can with stainless headers off ebay earlier today.. fairly certain the ebay user is a member on here.. Specialized_ZXR

Anyway, to the bit you all care about! Photos, pretty much after it came home, the light was wierd and my phone chewed it up a bit.. but it still looks fantastic!

Hopefully that link should work!

Okay, had a little bit of a respray. The blue was a bit faded, didn't really stand out enough.

Since the can makes people look at it, I figured I'd get it looking nicer so it's been sprayed purple and green in the same pattern as before. I think it suits the bike alot more and makes it a bit different from other zxrs.

Thank you :) I prefer it alot more in it's new colours!

It is indeed a 360glt. Lowered a bit and has a welded diff. My Dad's daily driver and my drifter now and then. ;)

Get a 760 , V6 in there - it will soon drift. Plenty room and output shaft splines match up :smt004 Better upgrade the brakes too as you'll jump to around 170PS chipped that gets closer to 200+
