Just wanted to know if it was possible to fit a l9 engine, carbs and oiler cooler in to a l5 bike without any issues? Are all L model engines the same or were there any updates over the years?

HI all!
Just wanted to know if it was possible to fit a l9 engine, carbs and oiler cooler in to a l5 bike without any issues? Are all L model engines the same or were there any updates over the years?

Externally all the same, some small internal changes were made - but your good to go either way.
Nothing worse than having an H and not being able to scratch it !
