Hello all, was so happy to find this place on the net, everyone seems very helpful. I have just sold my Harley Davidson and have bought a real bike....my shiny zxr400. she needs some work. New forks as these are pitted. new downpipes, new fuel line and tap?? but all in all a nice start, low mileage full history and a steal at £500 I reckon. Anyway nice to be here and im sure i will be bugging people for advice soon enough.

Thanks bud im well happy with her, although havent ridden it properly cos of the forks etc. Cant wait to get her up and running! A little about myself, I have just turned 31, have owned a 2005 FZ6 which i adored, then a dark custom harley which took me all over europe on a solo bike trip that lasted 5 weeks. and now having had to sell the harley ive been blessed with a gorgeous little 400 and know very little about them. I live in Brighton currently and am looking to become a paramedic.

hello and welcome. That is tidy looking!
European trip sounds amazing, a friend of mine went on his own on a transalp, he loved it.

Re: Hello fellow ZXR comrades!!
Hi there...Great pic of your new bike...i got one exactly like it a couple of weeks ago... a 90' h2 import, same colour. Can't beat the look eh. This is the reason i joined the site...been a great move, just away to ask advice about the restrictions that are on an import...have rough idea but best ask the people who know.
Anyway, best of luck to you and hope you get your bike sorted for a bit of ridin before the winter.
Cheers, Adrian.
