Right guys just got the rear shock in and upgraded calipers to billet 6 pots had a good clean up. Now the fun starts i cant get it to fire up! It turns over fine just not firing i think it could be a wiring issue so going to attack that first. Any ohher advice?

Fuel , spark & compression - check its getting all three :smt001

If you have a healthy spark try squirting "easy start" or similar through the carbs while starting it, that alone will get it running and just might give it the jolt it needs.

Valve timing
Carb balance
Air filter
Spark plugs

Static sag is set by the springs in the forks , 636 is about 20Kg heavier than the ZXR (H) so not enough to worry about :smt001

From memory the 636 forks are same length as the Hs so on a L you need to drop them through the tripples a bit or the bike will be sitting up to high and very slow to tip in when cornering.

Right carbs balanced and now revving and running alot smoother much happier!! Is there any difference in the air filter from a -H -L model? I have a H model k&n filter. In regards to the forks i have dropped them in 20mm would that be enough to compensate? Where can i get base settings for 636 forksand gsxr1000 rear shock? Again thanks for the help and advice it has been very helpful!

different airbox , different filter

When doing a Bitza you need to make your own base settings and take it from there.

Make the settings on forks & shock same as in the manual for the original - take tools go to a road you know well and see how it performs. Adjust accordingly until your happy with the result.

I use a mountain road and do a 5mile strecth, pull in go up a few clicks and try again until I am happy with it.

Only adjust one thing at a time.

Trial & error
