Crankcases/engine part/whole wanted

Hi

The engine I bought last year due to my race engine throwing a rod has the engine number tampered with, so i am concerned that this could be a problem if they do a police check again next season.

Does anyone have some crankcases, a bottom engine with cylinders or a whole engine race or stock I could buy?

I think I have some crank cases that I inherited when I bought loads of parts off a mate who was packing in racing 400's. It will probably be about this time next week before I can check as they are all at my Dads where my race bikes are.
