Anyone reccomend a quickshifter suitable for the standard ignition / coils / loom ?

What sort of gains has anyone found using a quickshifter....and what sort of hassle are they setting up and maintaining?
Been speaking to Dynatech about their programmable ignition which has a quickshifter option and wondering "is it worth it"
